Your information is used to (a) respond to your credit audit request or inquiry, (b) send educational content relevant to your credit goals, (c) follow up on services you've expressed interest in. We do not sell your information to third parties.
3. Credit Report Information
Built Different Credit may need to access your credit reports to perform a credit audit. Before pulling any reports, we will obtain your explicit written authorization as required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We handle all credit report data with strict confidentiality.
4. CROA Disclosure
Built Different Credit is a Credit Services Organization (CSO) registered under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We are required to provide you with a disclosure statement before you sign a contract for services. You have the right to cancel any contract with us within 3 business days.
5. Data Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as you remain a client or for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, whichever is longer. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing itskashmiere@gmail.com.

We use GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage contact information and communication. GHL's privacy policy governs how they handle data stored on their platform. We do not share your data with other third parties except as required by law.
